J Sellers Real Estate offers build-to-suit developments, joint ventures, and fee development  services.  Build-to-suit services are companies that don't want to own the land and buildings and perfer to lease.  We are willing to purchase the land and construct your building and then sign a lease with you.  We will manage the entire process from start to finish with no worries.  All contracts will be negotiated and provide the most amount of flexibility to you as the owner.  

For land owners, we will joint venture our services with your land equity to provide a defined benefit to you.  With the joint venture, you will have a partner that has the experience necessary to maximize the best use of  your land.  Joint ventures provide the liquidity you need to sell your land that has been sitting for years.

We also offer fee development for those owners that have the knowledge but not the time to construct a lengthy development.  We can step in place of the owner and act as an agent of the owner to deliver high quality projects.  Working hand in hand, we can get the job done.
